Ask the NBL: Empowering Future Leaders with Real-World Insights

 Grameenphone’s “Ask the NBL” session brought 14 Next Business Leaders (NBLs) face-to-face with 350+ university students for an energizing exchange of ideas, experiences, and career guidance. From cracking cases and roleplays to CV writing and interview hacks, students navigated a roller-coaster learning journey. The session was inaugurated by CIO Niranjan Srinivasan, who shared his inspiring career journey, followed by CDO Solaiman Alam and Sylhet Circle Business Head Taufiq Jahan, who emphasized stronger academia-industry collaboration. Participants came from top institutions including DU, IUB, IUT, BUP, and more.
